We figured that when celebrities want to let loose and have a good time, they’d do it at an exclusive party with their mutual famous friends. But not one of America’s favorite talk show hosts!

Jimmy Fallon, star of The Tonight Show and Password, is renowned for his his fun-loving attitude and bits like “#Hashtags” and “Thank You Notes.” Audiences also love when he steps away from the interview desk to sing a duet with one of his celebrity guests.

This past weekend, Fallon stepped away from the cameras and had a blast IRL, to the delight of some very lucky Upstate New York college students.

Jimmy Fallon Was Seen Partying In Albany, New York

Students at the University of Albany decided to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day early this year, in order to enjoy the holiday festivities before heading home for Spring break.

Festive party-goers were out having fun on Saturday, decked out in green, blasting music, and playing drinking games at several houses close to the U Albany campus, when suddenly, they were joined by a surprise celebrity guest.

Fallon, who was in the area to do a surprise set later that night at the Nate Bargatze comedy show in Albany, was seen on video wearing raybans and a green striped shirt as he made his way through the throngs of excited students and into a nearby party.

Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time Jimmy Fallon celebrated Saint Patrick’s Day in the Upstate New York area.

Last year on St. Patty’s day, Fallon was seen having a blast at Mulconry’s Irish Pub in Fairport, New York, hanging with his best friend who owns the bar and jumping on stage to perform with the band.

On Tuesday, the famous host told The Today Show’s Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager that he has no set plans for this Saint Patrick’s Day, so if that’s true, we’re glad that he got to get his Irish on in our area for the second year in a row!
