Luke Combs Openers Spotlight Pictures From Their Time In Buffalo
When Luke Combs came to town, he brought a bunch of acts with him. For many of them, it was their first exposure to us here in Buffalo too.
Buffalo did what they do again over the weekend. They show up when acts come to town. It doesn't matter what the weather is or where the show is. If there is a country show happening in Buffalo we will brave the cold to see it if we have to. That certainly wasn't lost on the artists.
Hailey Whitters played her first stadium show
Hailey Whitters was one of the first to hit the stage after Wilder Blue on Friday night and to say she was giddy would be a bit of an understatement. It was her first stadium show and she was all too excited to rock the Bills' colors while she did it. She had her very own Bills jersey with her name on the back and everything!
Charles Wesley Godwin calls it a "Dream Come True"
Hard to believe that a show that is played outdoors in 40 degree temperatures could be considered a dream come true, but that's how Charles Wesley Godwin described it. He is a huge fan of the band that followed him on stage "The Avett Brothers" so he was super happy to be able to meet them for the first time and share the stage with them.
Drew Parker froze his butt off!
During his show, Drew Parker mentioned that he was a Georgia boy and while he knew it was going to be cold, he wasn't ready for Buffalo cold. He said that he was freezing but that the fans in the stands were fire.
Mitchell Tenpenny proudly rocked a Bills coat
Mitchell Tenpenny was another artist who was all too happy to freeze his butt off to play for us.
Jordan Davis actually did hit the parking lot
Were you one of the people who got to see Jordan Davis up close and personal in the parking lot? He told Clay & Company that he was hoping to hit up the parking lots and see how crazy we really were and then he actually did it. Check out some of the videos of him going out to see the tailgating at Highmark Stadium.
