Main Place Mall In Downtown Buffalo To Become Office Building

The Main Place Mall has seen its better days, as with most malls in the country seemingly, and on Thursday there was news of big changes to be done to the Main Place Mall building.

According to WKBW, Mayor Byron Brown said during his "State of the City" address that the owners of the Main Place Mall will transform it into a state-of-the-art office building.

The price tag on development is still being tabulated according to WGRZ, but is expected to be over $10 million.

There's no timetable on the mall being transferred to an office building.
