The Buffalo Bills are coming off a very win last week against the Kansas City Chiefs, but they're also heading into another important game against the Miami Dolphins. It's true that every game is important, but these divisional games can really make or break your season. This week, the Bills will be facing their division rivals without at least two players and it could be more.

The Bills have ruled out two players for Sunday already

At a press conference this morning, coach Sean McDermott said that they would be ruling out both defensive end AJ Epenesa and linebacker Shaq Thompson. Epenesa was a huge factor in the Bills' win over the Chiefs last week but is currently in concussion protocol. It's a big loss for the Bills and their pass rush after also losing Michael Hoecht to a torn Achilles.

Meanwhile, Shaq Thompson is still nursing a hamstring injury that kept him out of the game last weekend. Luckily, the Bills were able to see their starting linebackers Terrel Bernard and Matt Milano back in the lineup last week.

The most concerning injury for the Bills this week

There are a number of players who are still considered questionable for the game on Sunday, including defensive tackle DaQuan Jones, wide receiver Joshua Palmer, cornerback Taron Johnson, and cornerback Christian Benford.

They're all important. Every injury is a concern. But the one that is raising eyebrows right now is Christian Benford, as he deals with a groin injury. It appears as though he was injured sometime during practice this week. When you see someone on the injury list, you hope that they will either stay the same, or get better. Benford appeared to have gotten worse. While he was a limited participant at practice on Wednesday, he did not practice at all on Thursday. Today, it appears as though he was limited again, but it's something to keep an eye on.

Players ruled out for the Dolphins

Miami has announced that wide receiver Dee Eskridge has been ruled OUT for Sunday. Safeties Ashtyn Davis and Iffy Melifonwu are still questionable. Rasul Douglas is not expected to play, but hasn't been ruled out yet.
