The first of four presidential debates for the 2012 election took place tonight at the University of Denver and it was one of the first times we could see President Obama go head to head with Governor Mitt Romney without teleprompters.

The debate centered around domestic issues including the economy, healthcare, and the role of government.

It wasn't your classic "canned line" type of debate.  Both of the candidates were speaking well over their alloted time frame and it seemed as if moderator Jim Leher had a hard time keeping control of the debate.  At one point he had said that he wasn't going to grade them or say that they had gone over their time.

So I ask you to grade them.  I mean, the people are really why they do these debates.  Political analysts can look at how things were said and change language around but it's not necessarily about what the media thinks.  It's about you.  So who did you feel did better tonight?
