Fans of the 80s "Back To The Future" movies will have a chance to get up close to one of its most iconic props.

It could almost be described as one of the characters of the movies.  The iconic time machine DeLorean car will be in Western New York for just a couple of days. The good news is that you're going to have a chance to get some pictures of it if you'd like.

For those who aren't familiar with the movie

In the 80s and early 90s, there was a franchise of movies starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd called "Back To The Future."  In the movie, a young kid and a crazy scientist use a DeLorean car to travel back in time to fix some issues with his parents.  Then, he has to get back to the future.

But to travel through time, they need to get the car up to 88 miles per hour to make the jump.

The DeLorean is coming to Buffalo

Fans of the movies will be excited to hear that there will be an opportunity to get some pictures with a replica of that time-traveling car in the next couple of days.  It will be here for support as the musical version of the franchise comes through Shea's Performing Arts Center over the next couple of weeks.

Here's when you'll be able to see the car:
