According to multiple reports, the biggest prize in professional hockey will be on display for the first time in nearly a decade. Fans will have the opportunity to get their picture taken with the Stanley Cup, for free at the Jockey Silks Porch!

Why will it be there? According to The Daily Gazette: "Players and management get to have a day with the Stanley Cup during the offseason. Saturday will be Panthers owner Vinnie Viola’s turn. Viola has a strong connection to Saratoga Race Course".

The NHL hockey season is not that far away as camps will begin soon. However, sports fans have no shortage of professional sports to enjoy. As the horse racing season starts to wind down in New York State, the NFL season is starting to fire up! For fans of the Buffalo Bills, the New York Jets and New York Giants, the season get underway in just days!
