Super Flea Out…Walmart In!

When I heard this news I was a little upset.  Walmart has announced plans to open a huge super store with grocery department,  on the site of the former Super Flea on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga.  I didn't know the Super Flea had shut down.  If so, that's news to me.  My question is did they shut down or were they moved out by big corporation and big dollars?  Either way, I'm going to miss that place.  Aside from all the junk there, there was cool knives, sports memorabilia etc, etc....

Anyways....yes...this new Walmart will replace the one on Thruway Plaza Drive.  The site developer as well as Walmart must still get approvals and permits to make this happen!
