We've all seen the Gerber baby products. The most recognizable feature is that adorable baby face. But did you know that baby is still alive and well today?

Ann Turner Cook is the Gerber baby and she just turned 93 years old, according to WIVB.

But how did she become the Gerber baby?

Gerber held a contest back in 1928 to select a face to represent their baby food. The neighbor of Ann Turner Cook decided to submit a charcoal sketch of Cook and it was selected as the Gerber baby face!

Cook's face became the trademark for Gerber in 1931. She spent the majority of her life as an English teacher.

This is something I never knew but it's so cool knowing now how the Gerber baby came to be!
