Thanksgiving is right around the corner already and people are starting to make their plans now. If you're one of the many who are planning on going out to celebrate with friends the night before Thanksgiving (or Thanksgiving Eve), we've got a list of places that you might want to check out.

Why do people go out the night before Thanksgiving?

Thanksgiving Eve has become one of the biggest party nights of the year for a couple of reasons. One of the biggest is that a lot of people are home. Families will drive home to their childhood house to celebrate with their mom and dad, and a lot of kids come home from college, so all of their friends are home too.

The other reason is that most people don't have much to do the next day. Granted, some people do have to work on Thanksgiving, but for the most part, a lot of people are off. So if they have a late night or get a little overserved, they can sleep in a little longer and not have to worry about sitting through meetings with a hangover.
