Bills Lose First Game Of The Season, Josh Allen Knocked Out With Helmet Hit
Despite a great game from the Bills defense, they lost against the New England Patriots, 16-10 on Sunday.
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady didn't look good, completing less than 50 percent of his passes for just 150 yards. The Bills offense looked just as bad, however, despite throwing for a combined 290 yards.
But it was this hit on Bills quarterback Josh Allen early in the fourth quarter that has everyone talking. Patriots cornerback Jonathan Jones hit Allen helmet-to-helmet, while Allen was engaged with another tackler. Matt Barkley came into the game for the Bills.
Allen left the game and didn't return with a head injury. Hopefully, he's okay short-term and long-term.
The Bills move to 3-1 on the season, just behind the Patriots now, who are 4-0.
