Yes! Some people actually travel to colder weather in the winter! Buffalo is ranked as one of the those spots too! It's actually listed officially as Buffalo.Cheektowaga/ Niagara Falls in the study but it's all in the WNY family! And while the Buffalo are wasn't in the top ten, they still made the list at 26! Rochester finished a few spots before with Albany a few spots after. Who had the number 1 spot?
