Ohio Cops Targeting Children With New Citations [VIDEO]

If you're under 12, the Brimfield Police are going to be watching you extra closely for their new ticketing program.

In an effort to promote bike safety, the police department is issuing tickets (at least one per shift) to kids they catch wearing their helmets! You may be scratching your head, BUT this citation is a GOOD thing! The citation will get the kids a free ice cream from Frank’s Drive-In, a local ice cream stand.
