Empty Tractor-Trailer Ban On The 90 Due To The Winter Storm

The impending blizzard is causing the NYS Thruway Authority to ban empty tractor-trailers on the 90 thruway from the Lackawanna tolls to the Pennsylvania border until further notice, according to WIVB.

The ban starts at 3 a.m. on Thursday morning.
