Garth Brooks is taking his 2019 Dive Bar Tour to Texas. The country superstar will be playing at Gruene Hall in New Braunfels, Texas, on Sept. 23.

Local country music radio stations in Texas and Oklahoma announced the news of Brooks' next Dive Bar Tour stop on Tuesday (Aug. 20) afternoon. Fans will have to win their way into the show by listening to local stations (TBA); attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

Brooks' Dive Bar Tour is in promotion of his newest single, "Dive Bar," a duet with Blake Shelton. The seven-stop tour has already taken him to Chicago, Ill., and Bakersfield, Calif.; the final four shows have yet to be announced. Brooks is also currently on the road for his massive Stadium Tour.

Gruene Hall is a historic Texas music venue. Built in 1878, the venue's website points out that it is Texas' oldest continually operating music hall and a place where dozens of Hall of Fame-caliber musicians have called home for a night in recent decades. Brooks, George Strait, the Dixie Chicks and Miranda Lambert are but four recognizable names that have played the small stage in the 6,000 square-foot venue.

"Dive Bar" is slated to appear on Brooks' upcoming new studio album, Fun, though he has not yet announced a release date for that project.
