Most Expensive Home In Erie County Just Sold

It is not often that when you think of Buffalo and Erie County you think of multi-million dollar homes, but recently the most expensive home for sale in Erie County just sold.

The home located in Clarence is the 25th "high-end" one million dollars plus home that have been sold in Western New York so far this year.

This home sold for a 2023 record $5.5 million dollars.

This is not the only million-dollar-plus home to sell this month in Western New York. A home in Hamburg became the first million-dollar-plus home sold this year when it sold for $1.2 million dollars. It was listed for $1.5 million dollars in February.

According to Zillow, there are currently 50 properties in Western New York that are listed for sale at $1 million dollars or more. The most expensive home for sale according to Zillow is located at 73 Lincoln Rd, Bemus Pt, NY 14712.
