Lancaster Is Getting A Rachel’s Mediterranean Grill Next Week

Lancaster, you are finally getting that Rachel's Mediterranean to open up next week! Coming up on Wednesday, that 'COMING SOON' sign will be coming down on Transit Road in Lancaster as November 11th will be the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the 11th Rachel's location.

One thing that you may not know, is that Rachel's ships in fresh never frozen veggies daily that they hand chop! Think of the assembly line idea when you walk in. You pick what you want and then pass it down the line to get dressed up all the way as you head to the cashier. There are so many fresh and healthy options: hearty Bowls, whether its romaine salad, spring mix, Rachel's original Rice bowl, warm white or brown rice, the choices are endless.

There's pita wraps, premium wraps in Chicken Souvlaki, falafel, gyro, chicken shawarma, veggie, steak soulvaki, whatever your heart desires. Hands down try the Chicken Shawarma wrap. It's charcoal grilled chicken breast, infused with Rachel’s famous garlic sauce and potatoes. Put some cheese on that with some grilled onions and some greek dressing--I am telling you right now, you're going to be addicted to it, it's so so good.

We love going to Rachel's. Right now we have to go to the one on Walden at Union, but this new Rachel's is going to be the place to go. The new Rachel's location is centrally located and convenient right on Transit Road, kind of behind the Aldi by William on Transit Road.
