Monday is National Blueberry Pancake Day

There it is, right on the calendar - Monday is National Blueberry Pancake Day.  I've never been a big fan of pancakes - I'm a French toast kind of guy, but blueberry pancakes sounds good.  Blueberries is right up there among my favorite fruits and Driscoll's, a company known for really great berry products is making it easy with a number of easy pancake recipes using blueberries.
