Watching Buffalo Sabres hockey is fun again and KeyBank Center was rocking Thursday night as the Sabres rallied for their third straight win, a come from behind 4-3 victory over the Montreal Canadiens.  Kyle Okposo scored the game winner on the power play with just over a minute left to play to put the Sabres two games over the .500 mark.

Jason Pominville scored twice and Sam Reinhart scored his first of the season as the Sabres matched the Canadiens goal for goal until Okposo finally gave Buffalo the lead for the first time in the game with 1:01 to play.  Montreal pulled their goaltender for an extra skater, but the Sabres with Carter Hutton in goal held on for the win.

Hutton stopped 18 of 21 Montreal shots, while the Sabres fired 42 shots at the Montreal net doubling the Canadiens output.  Jeff Skinner had three assists for Buffalo.

Max Domi scored twice for Montreal.

After returning from a five-game road trip the Sabres are back on the road Saturday night at Columbus.
