Santora’s Pizza and Brew House Coming To The Walden Galleria Mall

One of Buffalo's favorite locally-owned pizzerias and pub's will be coming to the Walden Galleria Mall.

According to WKBW, Santora's Pizza Pub & Grill has announced they will be opening their third pub & grill location at the Walden Galleria Mall.

This location will also be a brewhouse. Santora's will brew its own beer under the name, 1927 Brew House.

They will be taking over at the old Gordon Biersch location, which is across from The Cheesecake Factory.

"We are excited to be opening our first brewery location. It gives us the ability to expand our brand identity, produce styles of our own beer, and to offer them at all of our locations,” said Paul Santora.

The plan is for Santora's to operate with a full menu, featuring pizza, pasta, appetizers, seafood, salads, and many more options. The brewery will craft a few different beers with IPA's, stouts and even hard seltzers!

This should be great -- having a local place like Santora's at the Galleria Mall will definitely make it feel even more like Western New York.
