Speed Limit Lowered On Busy Road In Depew

According to WKBW, the section of George Urban Boulevard between Dick Road and and Patrick Lane has been lowered from 30 mph to 20 mph.

The speed limit will only be 20 mph from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The speed limit was lowered to a 20 mph school zone speed limit in front of the Catalician Center for Learning.

According to the Village of Depew police, warnings will be given out to motorists who violate the speed limit the first two weeks. After that, tickets will be handed out.
