The Labatt House Is Set To Open This Weekend In Buffalo
This is the weekend that many beer lovers have waited for. Labatt House is ready to open this Saturday (11/16).
The 5 story building has been in "rebuild mode" for months and is finally ready to be showcased for the public.
It houses a brewery and tasting room, plus a bar, a restaurant, and more. And these new establishments have everything from Labatt Blue, to porters, and sour beers to be tasted.
According to WIVB, the second floor will the the home of The Labatt USA Corporate headquarters. The third and fourth floors will be the home of Pegula Sports and Entertainment, and the fifth floor will be 4 apartment spaces which will be available for rent.
The restaurant will be called "The Draft Room" and some of the foods will include candied bacon, spent grain pretzels, poutine, and smoked meats.
Obviously the close proximity to Canalside and First Niagara Center will be a huge advantage for entertainment seekers coming to Buffalo.
The 3000 square foot brewery and tasting room at 79 Perry Street in the Cobblestone district will be open to the public starting tomorrow (11/17).
