With all the snow that the northeast has gotten the past 24 hours, it is not uncommon or crazy to believe that some flights across the country were cancelled...except for this guy.

He could not get over the fact that his United Airlines flight was cancelled last minute due to the weather.

A female airline agent was re-booking a long line of travelers who just found out that they had their flight cancelled due to the weather. That's when one angry passenger stepped out of line, walked right up to the front of the desk where the attendant was and slapped his ticket on the counter on the desk and said:

I HAVE to be on this flight and I have to be put back in first class!

The agent, who I am sure has seen a situation like this a time or two, calmly said that she would be happy to help him out, but he needed to wait in line as she needs to take care of the rest of the people in front of him.

His response? "Do you have any idea who I am?!"

Without hesitating the attendant slightly smiled, picked up her public address microphone -- you know, the one that can talk to the specific entire terminal or gate -- and said:

May I have your attention please! We have a passenger here at Gate 14 who does not know who he is If anyone can help him find his identity, please come to Gate 14.

With all of the people standing there and some laughing, the man got so mad, said some choice words and, before he walked away, said, "Screw you" (or, you know...something like that).

Her response? "There's also a line for that, sir!"

When people were talking to her about it afterwards, all she said was "Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain."

Take that lesson with you today.
