The Buffalo Sabres wrapped up their 2020-2021 regular season on Saturday afternoon. It was another disappointing season, as the Sabres finished last in the entire NHL, with scoring, defense and goaltending all underperforming.

Injuries were also a huge problem, as captain Jack Eichel missed much of the season with a neck injury and goaltenders Carter Hutton and Linus Ullmark missed significant time as well with their own injuries.

However, the bright spot of the end of the season was the celebration of legendary Sabres play-by-play man Rick Jeanneret's 50th season with the Sabres.

In case you missed the video, the Sabres put together a touching tribute to Jeanneret's tenure with the Sabres. You should grab the tissues, however.

A ton of past Sabres greats wished Rick a congratulations, including former Sabres legend Dominik Hasek. Check out the message the Dominator posted to Twitter!

Hasek is widely regarded as one of the best goaltenders in professional hockey history, and in my opinion, the best goaltender in NHL history.

Hasek won the Vezina Trophy (top goalie in the NHL) six times, between 1994-2001. The Dominator also won the Hart Trophy (league MVP) twice, in 1997 and 1998, which a goaltender has never done in the NHL.

Hasek also had the highest-career save percentage, and led the Sabres to six playoff appearances and one Stanley Cup Final appearance in 1999. He also won the Stanley Cup in 2002 with the Detroit Red Wings.

Hasek congratulating Jeanneret makes every Sabres fan feel warm inside.
