Second Person Goes Over Niagara Falls

It's been reported that another person went over Niagara Falls today the second in two days.  This morning it was reported that witnesses saw someone go over the falls on the American side.  The area where this was reported to have happened is an area with several rocks below and Police say chances of survival are considered slim.  Yesterday on the Canadian side horseshoe falls, a 40-year-old unidentified man become the fourth person ever to take the plunge and live to tell about it.  I’m wondering if there are more of these suicide attempts that occur and we don’t find out until later because nobody witnesses the attempt.
