Ellicottville Gets Brand New Brewery Location This Season

Skiers and snowboarders! There is a brand new brewery location that will be opening just in time for skiing here in Western New York. If you come from anywhere in New York State down to our beloved Ellicottville, you're going to see a brand new place to get a beer.

Williamsville-based brewery, 12 Gates Brewing is expanding and will be opening up a second location sometime this Fall.

There is a bunch of cool places to eat and drink in that area including Ellicottville Brewing Company, Steelbound Brewing (which is that new brewery right before you turn into the village), Balloons, The Gin Mill and

Finnerty's Tap Room. The bars are gearing up for the annual Fall Fest. When is Ellicottville's Octoberfest? When is Ellicottville's Fall Fest? This year the festivities are set for the weekend of October 8 and 9, 2022.

If you are a big skier or snowboarder, you're going to want to buy your season passes soon. In the month of September, you can buy your season passes for a discount at both Kissing Bridge and Holiday Valley.

EXTRA: The newest brewery company has been opened up close to the airport. Add Brazen Brewery to your list of breweries that you have to try this season. Western New York's newest beer joint officially opened up at the end of August this year. They have a really sweet outdoor patio, too! Where is Brazen Brewing located? They are located on Gennesse in Lancaster right by the TOPS warehouse and the Lancaster Motor Speedway.
