Summer Is Looking Up As A Favorite Beer Returns To Western New York
It's never really all that difficult to get Western New Yorkers excited about summer, but this year it's looking even better as Busch Light has decided to bring one of their favorite beers back to shelves.
Busch Light is bringing back the "Bapple"
A lot of people were skeptical when it was first released. Busch Light was going to release an apple-flavored beer? Technically, it's called Busch Light Apple, but a lot of people just call it "Bapple." It isn't a cider like Angry Orchard or Redd's. It's an actual beer that is apple-flavored.
But it was pretty dang good. People loved it, and before you knew it, it was really hard to find. As soon as a store got some in stock, people would buy it all up because they didn't know how long it would be before they could get more.
The first 12-pack I was able to get my hands on, I had to drive 20 minutes to get, but it was weeks after the first ones went on sale.
They tried other flavors, but none of them hit like apple
With the success of the apple flavor, Busch Light started to release all kinds of other flavors. They came out with a peach (which was also pretty good) and a lime but it feels like just about every light beer in America has a lime flavor.
So when can we get it?
They did not mention in the post when we could expect to see it on shelves, but it does say "Summer of 2026" so we should be able to expect it probaby starting somewhere around May. Keep your eyes peeled!
