According to Taste of Home, in a recent study by Loma Lindy University, chocolate in small doses (eaten once a day) can actually increase blood flow to your heart and break up clumps of white blood cells, that can block arteries.

Chocolate was also found to reduce stress. Researchers found that when a person eats chocolate, the body releases cortisol and epinephrine during stressful situations.

It was also discovered that chocolate may help fight wrinkles, boost memory and even be a natural sunscreen!
